- How much do my subscriptions cost per year?
- Add each monthly charge; we multiply the total by 12 for a yearly figure. For annual bills, divide by 12 first and note it in the name so you remember it is normalized to monthly.
- Should I include annual subscriptions?
- Yes—convert to a monthly equivalent (annual price ÷ 12) so all rows use the same basis, or label the row clearly as annualized.
- Can I include utilities or only streaming?
- Either. Use discretionary services only for a “subscription audit,” or add every recurring bill for a full picture of repeating charges.
